If I already work for another government department, am I eligible for any pay awards during onboarding?

When our shared services provider receives the Civil Service Employee Transfer (CSET) form at the end of the recruitment process, they will produce a final salary calculation based on the confirmed current salary from the exporting HR department. This calculation will reflect any pay award from either the exporting or importing department that has occurred since the initial pay calculation was provided.
